When in distress you seek for someone who would listen to you, understand you, not judge you. Was so glad to have sought out Dr Rupa for my concerns at home. Couldn't share with spouse and didn't want to make a show sharing family issues outside. Found a safe heaven here, doing much better now.

I was going through a difficult time at work when I consulted Dr Rupa. Through the course of my treatment she was very accommodating. She provided valuable insights into my condition and also took time to explain the various treatment options available which helped me to make better treatment related descisions.

Dr. Rupa is extremely knowledgeable and always explains things clearly, which helped me better understand my mental health condition and how to manage it. She is also very responsive and available whenever I need to schedule appointments or have questions. Overall, I feel grateful to have found such a caring and competent female psychiatrist who has made such a positive impact on my mental health.

Dr Rupa Jha makes it very easy to express once feelings.She helped me with my perception and directed my thoughts into right direction.She made me realise that how acceptance can make your life much easier and happier.

First thing that stuck me in the consult was her interest in listening to me, genuineness in helping me. She was methodical in her assessment, asked quite a few question. Felt good knowing you were in good hands. Few medicines, some health tips, lifestyle modification inputs - an wholistic approach! Couldn't have asked for anything different

Dr Rupa is absolutely fabulous. She was very understanding and empathetic with me since it was my first session. She gave me tools to handle my situation better, alongside a treatment plan. She is not only professional in her diagnosis but also provides a safe space.

Sceptical seeking help for my personal issues, feared I will have a label once I go to a psychiatrist. However Dr Rupa was very calm and patient with my concerns, heard me out and that helped a lot. Was able to share things I couldn't discuss with family or friends and her counselling made a difference too. Definitely recommend her for tricky personal concerns..
